Article 1. Application
1.1 All offers by the online shop of Ayramile (hereafter referred to as: Ayramile.com) and all agreements made through www.ayramile.com are subject to these terms of agreement. 1.2 Ayramile.com may update these terms at anytime without prior notice. For current orders, new terms will not apply.
Article 2. Offers & Agreements
2.1 Making an order with Ayramile.com means that you agree with the application of these terms of agreement. 2.2 All offers are free of obligations. 2.3 Ayramile.com reserves the right to change at any time and without any previous notice the items proposed. 2.4 Ayramile.com reserves the right to not deliver to specific destinations. 2.5 Ayramile.com reserves the right to cancel any order placed by a customer with whom it has a dispute concerning a prior order, or if it has reasonable cause to suspect that such customer has violated these terms of agreement, or is engaged in any fraudulent activity or for any other legitimate cause. 2.6 Ayramile.com is not bound to its offers if mistakes/errors would occur.
Article 3. Prices & Payment Conditions
3.1 Prices are valid as they are on view on the Ayramile.com website, subject to availability. Ayramile.com reserves the right to modify the prices at any time without prior notice. You will be charged the prices displayed on the Ayramile.com website at the time your order was confirmed provided the goods ordered were available at this time and your full payment is received before the indicated payment deadline. 3.2 Payments will be done in Euros. All orders will be paid in advance through one of the payment methods offered by Ayramile.com. The total order amount including shipping costs for the delivery are presented at all times in your cart. Taxes and/or import duties are not included. 3.3 Payment for purchases can be made via Credit Card (Visa, Master), Paypal and Transfer. Article 4. Shipping Costs

- Balearic Islands and Portugal: 8€
- Germany: 11€
- France: 13€
- United Kindom: 15€
- Canarian Islands and rest of the world: Consult.
Custom duties are not included in the prices and will have to be payed by the client. Ayramile will not take charge of any costs due to custom duties wich could be applicable in each country or city.
Article 5. Delivery
5.1 Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Ayramile.com cannot be held responsible if delays occur in the delivery lead-times. 5.2 In case of unavailability of a product after ordering, you will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible, and it will be proposed to you either to order another item shown on the Ayramile.com website in substitution or to cancel your order. 5.3 Ayramile.com is not liable in case of stock outage or unavailability of products.
Article 6. Reservation of Title
6.1 The ownership of the products you order is transferred to you upon full payment of the total order amount.
Article 7. Returns
7.1 If you wish to exchange any articles purchased via Ayramile.com, you are entitled to return them. Please notify us within 48h starting from the day you receive the order by sending an e-mail to ayramile@ayramile.com and letting us know your reasons. The shipping costs (and any other direct or indirect costs, such as duties, to return the products to the premises of Ayramile.com in Spain are at your charge. Ayramile.com shall send you back the new chosen items (with equal or superior value to the original order) as soon as possible but not later then within 30 (thirty) days counting from the date of reception of the returned goods. Possible bank fees will be at your charge. Ayramile.com recommends that you return a delivery under insurance only. The care of the articles will be your responsibility until Ayramile.com receives them in the atelier. Returned goods need to be in perfect conditions, with product labels and have to be sent back in the same or similar box that you received them with to make sure they are properly taken care off during the return journey. Once Ayramile.com has checked that everything is ok, will proceed to the new shipment. 7.2 In case you receive the wrong article, or a damaged article, you are required to notify us by sending an e-mail with a picture to ayramile@ayramile.com within the following 48h to its reception. Ayramile.com will send back the required articles. Shipment and other charges will be taken care by Ayramile.com.
Article 8. Intellectual and Industrial Rights of Ownership
8.1 You need to fully and unconditionally respect all intellectual and industrial rights of ownership based on the products delivered by Ayramile.com.
